After a very long wait of 11 years, fans are to get rewarded with the third installment of the Princess Diaries as reported by website The Tracking Board.

Whether Anne Hathaway will return or not is still not confirmed. She played Her Royal Highness Amelia Mignonette Thermopolis Renaldi (aka Mia), the princess of Genovia, a teenager with a humble life who learns that she is actually a princess.
Debra Chase, the producer of the first two Princess Diaries films is returning to produce the third which will be made under the banner of Disney.
However, Disney or any of the possible cast members have not confirmed anything yet.
The Princess Diaries was released in 2001, and was based on Meg Cabot's novels titled The Princess Diaries. Julie Andrews played Mia's grandmother, Queen Clarisse Renaldi.
