Oscar winning actor Reese Witherspoon will star in book adaptation of Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus, directed by big screen newcomer Bryan Buckley.
The Water For Elephants star has signed up for the adaptation of John Gray's best-selling self-help book for women, reported Contactmusic. Scriptwriters Harry Elfont and Deborah Kaplan are responsible for creating a storyline loosely based on the iconic text, which was released in 1992 and offers advice about how to understand the differences between the sexes and improve your relationship.
Witherspoon, 36, will next appear in Mud and has upcoming films Devil's Knot, Wish List and Big Eye lined up for 2013.
