Cohen (The Dictator) teamed up with Phil Johnston (Cedar Rapids, Wreck-it Ralph) to pen the plot of the movie to be produced by Paramount Pictures.

The project still lacks an official title, but it will feature a Bond-inspired secret agent and his long-lost sibling, who turns out to be a soccer hooligan. According to Variety, the script is still being written, and the production date has yet to be confirmed.
