Sam Worthington and Lara Bingle have been slapped with a lawsuit of more than $5.2 million in damages after a street attack.
According to sources, Sheng Li, a New York based paprazzo, has alleged that he was viciously assaulted by the 39-year-old actor and his model wife in Manhattan on February 23 last year, reports news.com.au.
A jury trial for the civil case is set to begin in New York on September 8, but the duo has rejected the photographer's claims entirely.
