Kanat Krishnan practised sorcery and black magic. Aneesh was his helper.
After learning enough from his mentor, Aneesh decided to practise independently.
Aneesh couldn’t succeed and suspected that Krishnan had worked a spell on him, owned magic manuscripts. He hatches a conspiracy.
On July 29, Aneesh and his aide Libeesh Preach Krishnan’s house and attack his goats in a bid to draw him out.
Krishnan comes out of the house and the duo attacks him with rods. Krishnan’s wife Susheela follows him and is attacked too.
The accused enter the house and attack Krishnan’s daughter Arsha K and son Arjun K. They lock the bodies in a room and leave.
The duo returns to Krishnan’s house on July 30 to search for secret magic manuscripts. They find gold, Rs 3,500 but no manuscripts.
They find that Krishnan and his son are alive. They attack them with a shovel and kill them.
They dig a pit near the house and bury all four bodies one over the other.
Police arrest Libeesh on Monday and say they will be able to find out if more persons were involved in the crime only after apprehending Aneesh.
