Dutt came to the court with his advocates to file the application before magistrate CV Patil.

He refused to talk to the media and was whisked away from the courtroom to his car parked on the premises.

Noorani’s complaint dates back to 2013, when the producer alleged he had received threatening calls from gangsters on behalf of Dutt to settle a dispute regarding a film which the actor allegedly did not complete.
