Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Monday said that the recent Rohtak gangrape case will be heard in a fast-track court and the guilty will not be spared.

Interacting with journalists in Delhi, Khattar said such heinous crimes will not be tolerated.
The victim’s mother said the jilted lover, Sumit Kumar, had been pressurising her divorced daughter to marry him. She alleged that her daughter was kidnapped by seven-eight men led by Sumit.
The other accused arrested was identified as Vikas.
