Activist Tehseen Poonawalla and two others were detained and taken to Mandir Marg Police Station on Tuesday while they were holding a candlelight vigil for those who died in the Satya Niketan building collapse, police said.

Tehseen Poonawalla, a political analyst, was fined ₹10 lakh by the Punjab and Haryana High Court for making fun of Jain monk Tarun Sagar. The Supreme Court overturned this decision on Tuesday (PTI)
