One person was killed and around 24 children injured today when a school bus overturned in Dakshintola area in the district, a senior police officer said.

One person was killed and around 24 children injured today when a school bus overturned in Dakshintola area in the district, a senior police officer said.
The incident took place in Mirzahadipur locality when the private school bus overturned after the driver applied emergency brake, Superintendent of Police Omkar Singh said.
The bus driver Santosh Singh was killed on the spot, he said, adding the injured were admitted to the hospital.
