11/7: Suspects booked under MCOCA

Faisal Sheikh, Tanvir Ahmed, Kamal Ansari and Ehtesham Siddiqui, presently in ATS's custody, were booked.

Four suspects in the Mumbai serial train blasts were on Monday booked under the stringent Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA), a senior ATS official said.

Faisal Sheikh, Tanvir Ahmed, Kamal Ansari and Ehtesham Siddiqui, presently in the custody of ATS were booked under MCOCA, ATS Chief KP Raghuvanshi said.

This is the first instance when any of the blast accused have been booked under MCOCA.
