12 Team Modi members face criminal cases, Uma Bharti tops the list

According to an ADR report, 12 (27% of the 45) ministers have declared criminal cases against themselves. HT takes a look at the council of ministers' crime report.

Source: The list was compiled by the civil society groups National Election Watch and Association for Democratic Reforms based on affidavits filed by candidates during elections.

Note: The number of criminal cases are based on the affidavits submitted by them for the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. For Dharmendra Pradhan alone it is based on his 2012 Rajya Sabha affidavit.
