Around 13 kgs of explosive were recovered after security forces busted a hideout in Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said in Jammu on Sunday.
On a tip off, the troops raided the place at Hidwal Jullo area in Basantgarh belt in the district and found the explosive, one shell and six-metre wire, he said, adding the militants had fled before the operation.
