Delhi Police on Friday arrested two people for allegedly making and airing a sexually explicit MMS film of a minor girl.
The 17-year-old girl was assaulted on May 2, but a case was registered against the culprits - Dhanraj and Sachin - only after the film was telecast on the cable network, a police official said.
Dhanraj and Sachin telecast the MMS on a local cable television network in Keshavpuram area, northwest Delhi, he added.
"We have arrested the two people after our officials came to know of the film being telecast on the cable network," said a senior police official.
He said Dhanraj is a cable operator while Sachin runs a car parking business.
