2 shot dead in Manipur
Two persons were shot dead by unidentified gunmen in different places in Manipur's west Imphal district, official sources said today.

Two persons were shot dead by unidentified gunmen in different places in Manipur's west Imphal district, official sources said on Saturday.
The two persons, who were shot dead on Friday night, were identified as L Ranabir (20) of Heirangoithong Pishum Leirak and another Ng Amitkumar (22) of Wangjing Bazar Sorokhaibam Leikai of Thoubal district.
The motive behind the killings has not been established yet.
Meanwhile, the bodies have been sent to the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital for post mortem, sources said.
