A day after the hands-down victory of Congress candidate Pratibha Singh in the Mandi bypoll, the Himachal Pradesh government on Monday affected a major change in the bureaucracy.

It transferred as many 20 IAS officers, including two deputy commissioners, three Indian Forest Service officers and nine Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service officers.
