Offering a panoramic view of the city from a commanding height, it's the hotel's best, though unfortunately underrated, restaurant. It has a small, intelligently crafted menu featuring grilled meats served with interesting accompaniments, notably the lemon turmeric coconut sauce and onion chutney. This place gives Continental food a good name; it's light on the palate and system. Our recommendations: Prawn Skewers enclosed in Fish Mousse served with Prunes and Tomato Salsa on a bed of Sour Cream; Breast of Chicken with Lobster, Cajun Spices, Spinach, Lemon & Turmeric Coconut Sauce; Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Ricotta Tart served with Olives on a Roasted Tomato Fondue; Herbed Saffron Polenta with Mushroom Ragout and Goat Cheese Fondue.
Wine List: It's doesn't have many pleasant surprises - the decent wines include Woodbridge Sauvignon Blanc from Robert Mondavi (California); Penfolds Chardonnay Koonunga Hills (Australia); Chianti Ruffino and Chianti Ecco Domani (Italy). The rest don't deserve a sniff. The Sula wines on the list aren't worth ordering.
