Three persons were arrested on Monday with 50 crude bombs from near Dargahatoli in Bihar’s Nalanda district on Monday, a senior police officer said.

Asgar Ali and his two accomplices were arrested near Dargahtoli on Hilsabazaar-Tharthari road with the bombs kept in a carton when they were walking to a yet unknown destination, Superintendent of Police Vineet Vinayak told PTI.

Ali, the gang leader had been arrested earlier too for manufacturing bombs and supplying it to criminals, the SP said, adding the man had lost his one eye in an explosion while making bombs.

The three were being interrogated, he said.
