Dr Ashok Rajgopal, chairman of Medanta Bone and Joint Institute, Medanta-The Medicity, has conducted 30 knee replacement surgeries in 12 hours, surpassing his own record of 24 surgeries in 12 hours.
He has performed maximum number of knee replacement surgeries in less than 12 hours — a feat documented by the Limca Book of World Records. On November 7, he broke his own record by performing 30 knee replacement surgeries in less than 12 hours.
