Police have recovered 300 kgs of poppy from two persons on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway in Ramban district.
A police party intercepted a truck, which was way on its way to Punjab, at Chanderkote and recovered three quintals of poppy on Wednesday night, official sources said.
A case under Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act has been registered against two persons in this connection.
