32 killed in road accident near Mumbai

Thirty-two people of a marriage party were killed after the truck carrying them crashed into a ravine near Rajapur.

Thirty-two people of a marriage party were killed after the truck carrying them crashed into a ravine near Rajapur in Ratnagiri district of Konkan region on Saturday, Ratnagiri police sources said.

While 22 persons died on the spot, 10 succumbed to injuries while being admitted to a nearby hospital, sources said.
