Principal Secretary, medical education and research and managing director (MD), Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam (HVPN) Arun Kumar has been posted as principal secretary, Fisheries and MD, HVPN. The charge of principal secretary medical education and research has been given to additional principal secretary to chief minister (APSCM) Shiv Raman Gaur. Gaur was on Tuesday given the additional charge of principal secretary, Sports and Youth Affairs.
