5 CRPF personnel among seven hurt in J&K blast

Terrorists hurled a grenade on a bunker of security forces in Batmaloo locality of central Srinagar.

At least seven persons, including five security men, were injured on Friday as terrorists hurled a grenade on a bunker of security forces in Batmaloo locality of central Srinagar, officials said.

Terrorists lobbed the explosive device on the CRPF manned bunker in the area around 12.10 pm. Injuring five personnel of the Force and two civilians, they said.

This is the second grenade attack in the area since on Thursday.

Terrorists hurled a grenade on CRPF bunker at Rekh Chowk in the locality on Thursday night injuring two security men, they added.
