Dholpur recorded the maximum percentage of 60 followed by Sawaimadhopur at 55 per cent and Dungargarh at 32 per cent till 1500 hrs.
Meanwhile, an angry mob smashed an EVM at Ram Naga Dausi in Bamanwas police station.
Earlier, a fake voter allegedly smashed an EVM at Peethala village of Jaisalmer district and was immediately arrested, while a group of persons damaged an EVM at Behaj. An EVM fell down in Nandira village of Bharatpur district, the spokesman said.
Decision about repolling at the booths where the EVMs were damaged would be taken later, Chief Electoral Officer Lalit Kothari said.
Two polling agents clashed over issuing slips to voters at Kamalpura under Neem-ka-Thana, the police said, adding both of them were picked up by the local police and the situation was normal there within few minutes.
