Seven coaches of Jammu-bound Lohit Express derailed near Kaudah railway station, 120 km from Lucknow, late on Tuesday evening disrupting traffic on the Lucknow-Moradabad division of Northern Railway for many hours.

However, no casualty was reported in the mishap, official sources said.

Railway and district administration officials have reached the spot and railway tracks were being cleared to restore traffic, they added.
