Hussain filed an application at the Bandra Metropolitan Court to withdraw his plea seeking Faisal’s custody on Saturday. In the application, he said that he did not want to take Faisal home and that Aamir could do so.

“My dad today failed to even acknowledge me in the court. It was really embarrassing,” Faisal told HT on the phone. Faisal later filed an application filed asking the court that he be left alone, as he is physically and mentally fit to look after himself.
