"Chinese incursion into Laddakh region, painting rocks with Chinese writing in the Indian territory and their claim of Arunachal Pradesh as their territory is a serious matter," he said, adding strict action should be taken against their behaviour.

He said that he had already met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Chinese Ambassador to India Zhang Yan in this regard.

"I have met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and expressed concern over the issue. I have also met the Chinese Ambassador to India and told him that such actions will not be tolerated," Singh said on Wednesday.

Singh also extended full support to the lawyers in western UP demanding a High Court bench of Allahabad High Court in the region and said he will raise the issue in the Parliament.

"The state government should be ashamed as people cannot get adequate justice. I will raise this issue in the Parliament and all BJP MPs will support the lawyers' demand," he said.
