The 25-year-old "American Pie" star reportedly burst into her neighbour's apartment last week, yelling abuse and tearing a mirror from the wall before grabbing the family dog and threatening it, reported Big News Network.com.

Other tenants in the building called the police, who arrested Lyonne. No reason for the outburst was reported.

In 2001, the actress, who had lost control of a rental car in Miami Beach, was banned from driving for six months and had to perform 50 hours of "community service" after she pleaded guilty to driving under influence.
