Address people's grievances timely: CPS

HP chief parliamentary secretary Inder Dutt Lakhanpal on Tuesday asked the officers to ensure that the grievances of the people were addressed timely and no one was allowed to leave without listening to his/her grievances.

HP chief parliamentary secretary Inder Dutt Lakhanpal on Tuesday asked the officers to ensure that the grievances of the people were addressed timely and no one was allowed to leave without listening to his/her grievances.

He said this while listening to the peoples grievances at Mahre on Tuesday. He said people were the real custodians of the democracy and they should be given priority in every matter. Lakhanpal said the state government was extending priority for the development of rural areas and the MNREGA was proving to be an asset for people.

He announced that in order to tackle the people's problem of stray animals, gaushalas would be constructed in each gram panchayat of the state.
