Adnan Sami, parents approach court for anticipatory bail

The sessions court will hear the trio's bail plea on Friday.

Sami's wife had two days back filed an FIR against her singer-husband and their parents accusing them of cruelty and torture.

The bail plea states that the allegations levelled by Sabah are false, frivolous and vexatious. "Sabah does not even reside with Adnan but keeps filinf cases against him in several courts just to malign his image," the bail plea contends.

It further claims that Sabah suffers from serious neurological and psychological problems including depression and emotional stress.
