The AIIMS Faculty Association has decided to go on mass casual leave on Thursday to support the anti-quota agitation by medicos, but without disrupting the healthcare services.

"We will go on mass casual leave on Thursday. But, we will be working for the benefit of patients," spokesperson of the AIIMS Faculty Association said.
A silent march was organised in the AIIMS campus on Wednesday evening in which AIIMS faculty and their families, and faculties from Maulana Azad and Lady Harding medical colleges participated.
Vinod Patro, president of the AIIMS Resident Doctors Association, said the traders of the capital had extended their support to the cause.
They would organise a rally at Connaught Place in New Delhi, he said.
