AISA activists take out ?Chetawni March?

ACTIVISTS OF All-India Students? Association (AISA) took out a ?Chetawni March? in support of their demands here in Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth (MGKV) on Saturday.

ACTIVISTS OF All-India Students’ Association (AISA) took out a ‘Chetawni March’ in support of their demands here in Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth (MGKV) on Saturday.

The activists began the march from the MGKV main gate and submitted a four-point charter of demands to the MGKV Vice-Chancellor Prof SS Kushwaha.

Former Library Secretary of Students’ Union Sarita Patel led the march.

Major demands of AISA activists included 50 per cent increase in seats of various undergraduate and postgraduate courses, on the spot hostel allotment at the time of admission, increase in fees counter and allow students’ union to set up their own inquiry counter for the convenience of those coming for admission.
