Ajay Devgan moves on to action

Rumours say that after U Me Aur Hum, Ajay Devgan has already started working on his next directorial venture, which will be an action-comedy.

Conjectures are already on that after the moderately successful U, Me aur Hum, Ajay Devgan won’t go down the soft-romance route again.

The film he directs next, the buzz goes, will be an action-comedy, a mix of genres that he has been accepted commercially.

But Devgan is not ready to make any trade announcements or confirm the trade chatter. The project that could be his next home banner production is titled Raghupati Raghav Rajaram with Devgan in a triple role.

According to a source, the project’s shoot will commence at the end of the year.

Currently, the actor is completing quite a few acting assignments. He’s shooting in Goa for Golmaal Returns. And shortly, he will commence the shoot of Vipul Amritlal Shah’s London Dreams and Prakash Jha’s Rajniti.

Incidentally, London Dreams was to be directed by Rajkumar Santoshi who has teamed up with Devgan in several films like The Legend of Bhagat Singh, Lajja, Khakee and Halla Bol.
