Akali Dal worker dies of cardiac arrest

A Shiromani Akali Dal supporter died due to heart failure in a polling booth in Moga, police said on Tuesday.

Gurdev Singh, a supporter of SAD, died due to heart failure in a polling booth set up in Government Girls Senior Secondary school in Moga, they said.

Soon after serving a tea to polling parties in the booth, Singh felt some respiratory trouble and sat on a chair. Later, he died, they said.
