Amit Jogi released on bail in Jaggi murder case

He was arrested by CBI on July 1 last year in connection with the murder case of Jaggi in June 4, 2003.

Amit Jogi, son of former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Ajit Jogi, was on Saturday released on bail in NCP Treasurer Ram Avtar Jaggi murder case in 2003, sources said.

Amit was released from the Raipur Central jail this afternoon, jail sources said.

He was arrested by CBI on July 1 last year in connection with the murder case of Jaggi in June 4, 2003 and was housed in Raipur Central Jail.

Amit was granted conditional bail by Chhattisgarh high court on May 3.
