The Amritsar-Nankana Sahib weekly bus service will begin from February 24, after its trial run was declared successful on Saturday.

The trial bus of the Punjab Roadways on Saturday returned from Nankana Sahib, the birthplace of Guru Nanak in Pakistan, and the senior officials who took the bus across the border said the trial run had been successful.
The bus service will be on every Friday.
Punjab Transport Secretary AR Talwar told reporters after returning from Nankana Sahib by the trial bus that the Punjab Roadways bus would start its route to Nankana Sahib from February 24, while the bus of Pakistan Tourism would arrive here from Nankana Sahib on February 27.
