Ansal Properties to invest Rs 1,300 cr to build green township

Realty firm Ansal Properties and Infrastructure today said it will invest Rs 1,300 crore over the next three years to develop a green township in Gurgaon.

Realty firm Ansal Properties and Infrastructure on Wednesday said it will invest Rs 1,300 crore over the next three years to develop a green township in Gurgaon.

The company expects Rs 1,700 crore sales realisation from this 112-acre township 'Esencia'.

"It will be a pilot project for a new green rating system 'Griha' being jointly promoted by the Ministry of New and
Renewable Energy and TERI," Ansal Vice-Chairman and Managing Director Pranav Ansal told reporters here.

The company would offer 1,000 villas, floors and plots in a price range of Rs 50 lakh to 5 crore.
