The event was organised by Nehru Yuva Kendra.

“The Governor had misled the Cabinet which is not a good sign for a democratic set up. He is merely acting as the agent of the Congress-led government and the entire decision of dissolving the Vidhan Sabha was taken by him without any concrete evidence,” Singh said.

“Samajwadi Party will take the initiative towards calling a meeting of Chief Ministers who do not belong to either Congress or Bharatiya Janata Party in order to discuss the matter of misusing the Governor’s post by the Congress-led government.

The statement of the Prime Minister in which he showed lack of knowledge about any of the issues including phone tapping simply indicated towards his incompetency to hold the reputed post,” he said.

“Samajwadi Party will soon chalk out plans to start agitation against the tyrannical attitude of the Congress,” he added.

Ujjawal also informed the gathering about the request he made to Uttar Pradesh Development Council president, Amar Singh, for setting up industries in the area for its development and opening job opportunities for the youth and for which he gave his consent.

The event was presided over by Vijay Raj Singh and conducted by Dineshmani Ojha, district in charge Nehru Yuva Kendra.

Madan Mohan Dwivedi, media in charge of the minister Fateh Bahadur Singh, Rang Bahadur Pandey, Rajeshwar Pandey and several others addressed the gathering.
