Tiger Woods was surprised by the support he got from his fans and peers when he returned to competitive golf but amidst the support there were also some detractors who were audibly miffed with the golfer's conduct.

As reported in guardian.co.uk, Billy Payne, Chairman of Augusta National Golf Club was vocal about his feelings for the disgraced golfer. "It is not simply the degree of his conduct here that is so egregious, it is the fact that he disappointed all of us and, more importantly, our kids and our grandkids. Our hero did not live up to expectations."

He added that "He [Woods] forgot that with fame and fortune comes responsibility, not invisibility,"

The famous Augusta Masters Tournament begins today as fans await Tiger Woods' return in the tournament. He will be paired with US champion Matt Kucher and South Korean golfer Kyung Ju Choi.

While everyone speculates about the future of the golfer, Woods himself has his eyes set on another win. "Nothing changes, I am here to win," Woods had said during the press conference three days before. In a first ever press conference since the scandal, Woods answered as well as ignored questions
