Azad meets with Pranab, discusses Pak visit

Azad says that the success and sincerity of talks would help both the countries to march towards peace and strengthening of friendship.

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad had a meeting with External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee during which he discussed the recent visit to Pakistan.

After his meeting, Azad expressed satisfaction over the issues covered by the External Affairs Minister during his visit especially a movement on holding bilateral meetings for strengthening economic ties, commerce and liberalisation of visa regime.

Azad said the success and sincerity of talks would help both the countries to march towards peace and strengthening of friendship. "The sincerity and will is evident from the fact that both the countries are determined to discuss and sort out all outstanding issues between two countries," Azad said.

The Chief Minister also experssed his happiness over the liberalisation of visa regime process by the end of February this year.
