Cricket board's Chief Administrative Officer Prof Ratnakar Shetty in a letter shot to Railway Sports Control Board authorities has told them that Kartik would be banned for 2-3 matches, if he indulges in any further breach of code of conduct.
Acting promptly on the report of match referee Sunil Chaturvedi, the board has confirmed 100 percent match fee deduction of Kartik, who had committed Level 2 Offence (Clause 2.9) during the Railways-Madhya Pradesh match in the Central Zone Ranji Trophy Tournament, at the Green Park Stadium here on Tuesday.
