"BCCI is inclined to support the neighbouring country, but subject to facts coming to our knowledge the final decision will be taken on merit," Pandove, also secretary of the Punjab Cricket Association told reporters in Chandigarh.

Pandove said that IS Bindra, PCA President and a former BCCI president, will represent the Board at the ICC Executive Committee meeting in Dubai on September 2 when the issue will come up for discussion.
