Best Bakery: Convicts to appeal in Gujarat HC
All the convicts of Best Bakery case will challenge the verdict of Mumbai's Special court Judge Abhay Thipsay.

All those convicted in the Best Bakery case will appeal in the Gujarat High Court challenging the verdict of Mumbai's Special court Judge Abhay Thipsay, advocate Rajendra Trivedi said on Friday.
Trivedi had defended all the 21 accused during the trial in a fast track court. Additional Sessions Judge HU Mahida of the fast track court had acquitted them for want of evidence on June 27, 2003.
The appeal will be made as soon as the copy of the judgement is made available, Trivedi said.
