Bhopal wins bodybuilding championship

BHOPAL DISTRICT emerged victorious in the senior and disabled Madhya Pradesh Cash Prize Bodybuilding Championship held in Balaghat under aegis of the Madhya Pradesh Bodybuilding Association recently.

Anand Minj was adjudged champion of champions in the event. He was given a cash prize of Rs 5,000. The other winners from Bhopal were Parvez Khan and Rahbar Khan (gold medallists), Wahid, Mahesh Kalyane and Abhay Singh (silver medallists) and Narendra Meshram (bronze medallist).

All of them have been selected for the Rs 75,000 Cash Prize Senior All-India Bodybuilding Championship to be organised in Ujjain on November 19.
