“The Manmohan Singh government has been harping on transparency, good governance and development. Now, the time has come to prove its claims by dissolving the Jharkhand assembly, now in suspended animation,” BJP’s national spokesman Rajiv Pratap Rudi told a press conference in Ranchi.

Pointing at some state UPA leaders camping in Delhi with an aim to form a government as the Presidents rule will expire in the third week of July, Rudi said the state had already tasted four governments in four years, hampering development.

“We demand an early election as the present term ends in March-April next year. There should not be any more experimentation in the current House,” he added.
