Bhadauria said that before launching its campaign, the party would also organise people’s courts at various places to apprise the common man of the malintention of the UPA government.

A people’s court would be organised here in the last week of September and the chief judge of this court would be Bharatiya Janata Party national vice-president Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, he said.

Bhadauria said that the language used in the NCERT books was deplorable and citing examples, he showed several controversial portions of books to the mediapersons, to prove his point.

Besides, Bhadauria also objected to the fact that Indian culture had been distorted in several books in the curricula of various classes.

He said according to these books, there was no entity called Rama and Krishna. The founder of Jainism, Lord Mahaveer, did not take a bath or change his clothes for 12 years. Eating cow meat was supported and it was stated that Brahmins ate cow meat.

Similarly, Jats were shown involved in cases of dacoity and other crimes while the books said Guru Tegbahadur was not killed by Aurangzeb but by his own relative.

Bhadauria said that similar confusing facts had been removed from the NCERT syllabus during the National Democratic Alliance rule.

However, the United Progressive Alliance Government had again incorporated them.

On Sonia Gandhi skipping the Vande Mataram programme, Bhadauria said both the issues, ie changes in NCERT books and Vande Mataram would be raised in the people’s court.
