He said that he would even call for indefinite Gorakhpur bandh. Thousands of people of the city would march towards Lucknow by the vehicles to hand over a memorandum to the Governor regarding the apathetic attitude of the State Government towards the BDS Medical College.

He made these remarks addressing a dharna organised by the BRD Medical College Bachao Sangarsh Manch at the gate of the college. Delivering his views on this occasion, former V-C of the university Prof Radhemohan Mishra said that the State Government had no concern for the hardship of the people of eastern
UP. The recent transfer of the professor from BRD Medical College to Rural Scientific Institute at Saifai exposed the real face of the government.

National vice-president of the World Hindu Federation Dayashanker Dubey and president of the Manch Dhirendra Singh Baghel called upon the people to come forward to launch a massive movement to teach a lesson to the government.
