"By making such baseless allegation against Manmohan Singh, at a time when the country is putting strong diplomatic pressure on Pakistan after the Mumbai attack, BJP has lowered the image of the country in the world," Minister of State for External Affairs Anand Sharma said.

Addressing an election rally here, the Congress leader said owing to "strong" diplomatic action by the country after the Mumbai terror attack, Pakistan had to buckle under the pressure of world community.
