Bloggers se bachna!
I’m very inspired by this Mr Fake IPL Player. Not withstanding his somewhat malicious gossip, what an idea! And the caricaturesque names! writes Damini Purkayastha.
I’m very inspired by this Mr Fake IPL Player. Not withstanding his somewhat malicious gossip, what an idea! And the caricaturesque names! It’s a hoot really, and ever so exciting to learn about the controversies about the most controversial IPL team! This guy should create a Swiss bank account and let the advertising pour in.

While Mr FIP plays witch to the Kolkata team’s witch hunt, bloggers and gossip mongers everywhere are probably sharpening their keyboards. Expect a flurry of I-spy blogs that snitch on office romances, cheating bosses and lazy colleagues. And expect these bloggers to expect to become overnight sensations.
And why not, given the role models they have to follow — for example, Hollywood blog Perez Hilton, which became a sensation with its uncensored ‘insider’ gossip, and Meenakshi Reddy Madhavan’s witty, sarcastic blog posts on her acquaintances that got her a big fat book deal. When we were in college (and thought all scribes were stars) — along came a blogger who claimed to be an employee of a certain news channel.
Gossip of the juiciest kind was to be found at this address and it’s all we spoke about between classes. I must confess I have refreshed Mr FIP’s blog thrice while the writing of this article to check for updates.
