Bollywood PRO Rajendra Rao passes away

The body was found in his house in Juhu after neighbours informed the police about foul smell coming from his flat.

Bollywood public relations officer K Rajendra Rao, who had promoted several films of stars like Aamir Khan and Ajay Devgan, died at his suburban Juhu residence on Friday night, a senior police official said.

The body of Rao, who lived alone, was found in his Yari Road house in Juhu after neighbours informed the police about foul smell coming from his flat, Deputy Commissioner of Police Amitabh Gupta said.

Rao probably died due to dehydration and nothing suspicious was found from the house. The body has been sent for postmortem and the police are contacting his relatives, he said.
