A bomb scare stalled proceedings at a court in West Bengal's South 24 Parganas district on Monday and an abandoned suitcase at Bally railway station in Howrah district created panic.
A thorough search was conducted at the Baruipur court by the Bomb Disposal Squad after a person called up to say that a bomb had been planted, police sources said.
